This charming, budget-friendly historic 4BR/2BA home sits across from Columbia’s exciting BullStreet District—Segra Park (minor league baseball), brand new Gather COLA, REI, and Starbucks. Perfect for USC visits, game days, and weekends. Enjoy a full kitchen, cozy living room with 60” Roku TV, covered porch, off-street parking, plus a 43” TV in every bedroom (3 queens + twins). This budget friendly house is on a busy street and guests should expect to hear road noise, especially in the front rooms of the house. We do provide sound machines in each bedroom. The Bull Street Bungalow was built in 1928 and packs all of the charm and character of a historic home with modern features and amenities. Recently updated, this 1,350 square foot bungalow has been painted in a neutral warm gray palette and includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The layout of the bedrooms is a little quirky and two of the bedrooms are only accessed by traveling through another bedroom or the main bathroom. In order to enter the house from the main parking area out back you must travel through the back bedroom as well.
